Xing4.0-29B-A4B is an open-weight mixture-of-experts model from China Telecom's TeleAI (the Xing line, formerly TeleChat). It activates 4B of 29B parameters per token, has a 262K context window, and supports reasoning and tool calling. It is built for agentic coding and long-context work.
