Five new Decisions models

Five decision models landed today. Each one speaks the same Decisions contract: send application state and typed questions (noul / choice / score) to POST /api/v1/decisions and get back a probability for each allowed answer — not generated chat text.

• microsoft/microsoft-decision-1 — a small Microsoft model for yes/no, multiple-choice and rating questions, plus rubric-based grading of AI responses and agent actions. 32,768-token context.
• upstage/solar-decide-flash — the low-latency variant of Solar Decide, served on Solar Mini 4. 524,288-token context.
• perplexity/pplx-decider-v1.1-27b — a newer checkpoint of Perplexity's multimodal decision model, same contract as v1. state can carry base64 PNG/JPEG/WebP images. 262,144-token context.
• nace-ai/drex-v1.5 — a small decision model from Nace AI on the same contract as TypeSafe's Jev. 131,072-token context.
• subquadratic/subq-snap-preview — Subquadratic's decision model for routing, guardrails and triage, in public preview. Text plus up to 4 images.

All five are **BYOK-only**. Add the key under Dashboard → BYOK; the request goes out with your key and the provider bills you at its own rates. AnyRouter charges nothing for a BYOK route.
