PPLX Decider v1 (27B)
Perplexity's multimodal decision model joins the Decisions family: send state — text or images — and typed questions, get back a probability distribution over a fixed set of answers, not generated chat text.
perplexity/pplx-decider-v1-27b is Perplexity's decision model on its new Decisions API. Send state and typed questions (noul / choice / score) to POST /api/v1/decisions and get back a probability distribution over a fixed set of answers — probabilities, not written text, so it generates no free-form output. Perplexity scores it at 85.71% across 11 decision benchmarks. It has a 262,144-token input limit, and state may be a string, an object, or an array of OpenAI-style image_url parts carrying base64 PNG/JPEG/WebP data URLs, so it scores images too.
