Decisions family + anyr decision
Fastino GLiNER2.5-Decide joins TypeSafe Jev and the anyrouter/decision preset, while the new `anyr decision` command gives the whole Decisions family a native terminal client instead of a chat-agent launcher.

anyr decision --model typesafe/jevSwap the model id for fastino/gliner2.5-multi-v1 or anyrouter/decision. Decisions requests are not chat messages, so model and upstream code samples use the native /api/v1/decisions body; chat-agent and AI SDK chat tabs are intentionally omitted.
